I on behalf of the college administration wish to welcome you to the professional institute of your dream. This institute has been established with a zeal and a vision to fulfill that dream of students, which makes them part of a family known for its quality and integrity.

It gives me immense satisfaction & pleasure that the students of Kalinga Polytechnic have already made an impact not only in the field of academics but also in co-curricular, cultural as well as sports activities.

The motto has been well established by our Founder Secretary, Dr. A. Samanta to equip our students with both technical knowledge and skills, at the same time honing their managerial ability, so that they may contribute to the industry, while achieving excellence as professionals. They then go on to perform successfully as Diploma Engineers in varied industries.

In only fifteenth year of its establishment, Kalinga Polytechnic has earned a reputation and credibility that takes decades for other professional institutes to establish. I am sure that the future students will not only live up to the rich tradition of the institute but also excel in every field to make it "A center of excellence".

This institute is very serious in placement activities and ensures that its students are placed in companies known globally, as can be seen from the quality and quantity of companies coming for placement activities. Recently Kalinga Polytechnic has become a hub for placement activities, where students from many other engineering schools of the state are coming for their placement.
