Kalinga Polytechnic has constituted a Personality & Career Development Cell to train the students on personality and communication development in English and body language. A dedicated career guidance cell conducts interaction with the students regularly to advise them properly for their career. |
Placement Preparedness Programme |
Students, desirous to make a career after completion of their diploma course are guided and trained under the Placement Preparedness Programme. The programme, operated by experienced personnel and experts, regularly enriches the students with valuable inputs regarding happenings in the world of career and personality development. Additionally, care is being taken for communication development of the students for better personality. Under the programme, students get guidance on reasoning, quantitative aptitudes and are trained to face personal interviews. |
Training |
The training section has links with industries and institutes of national repute. This section arranges practical training for the students through proper industry-institute interaction. Training section also arranges in-house training facilities in different areas inside KIIT, since infrastructure and experience available at KIIT are of very high order.
