KALINGA POLYTECHNIC is the Constituent of KIIT Group of Institutions - acclaimed internationally as an educational hub with tremendous social commitment.
Tracing its roots back to 1995, when it was established with strength of 180 students, Kalinga Polytechnic is an ambitious project with the objective to reach the zenith of its glory. Today, it has reached a mammoth standing of almost 1,300 students. It has earned tremendous goodwill and recognition from all quarters and is acclaimed and accredited as an institute per excellence catering to six distinct streams.
The Institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to the Directorate of Technical Education, Orissa and the State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training (SCTE & VT), Orissa.
The admission is made strictly through the Diploma Entrance Test (DET) followed by central counseling conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education & Training (DTE&T), Orissa for all Engineering Schools and Polytechnics in the state of Orissa.
